You can only access Crisalix with your email address and your password. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it following the procedure provided according to the device you are using.

1. Go to Crisalix home page.
2. At the top of the page, select Login.   
   The Sign in page opens.
3. Select Forgot your password?
4. Enter the email address you use to access your Crisalix account on the field provided for it.
5. Select Reset Password.   
   A page with an information message opens. Read it carefully.   
   

   The password reset link is valid only for two hours since you select Reset password. If the link expires, you must repeat the procedure again.

    
6. Close your browser.
7. Open your email inbox.
8. Open the email you received from Crisalix Customer Care with the instructions to reset your password.   
   Do not forget to check the SPAM folder in case!
9. Select Click here to change your password.   
   A dedicated Single Sign-on (SSO) Crisalix page opens.
10. Enter a New password.   
    Your new password must be strong. Make sure it complies with the requirements.   
11. In Confirm password enter your new password again.   
    A confirmation message appears.

Now that your password is reset, you can open Crisalix and log in with the newly defined password.
