You can change your password at any time. In order to change your password, you must be logged into your Crisalix account.

1. At the top left of your personal Crisalix home page, select the main menu button to show the left-hand side menu.
2. Under Settings select Account.
3. At the top of the Account page, select Password.
4. Enter the new password in the field provided.
5. Confirm the new password you have just entered in the field provided.
6. Enter your current password.
   

   You must enter your current password to create a new one. If you have forgotten your password, see How to reset your password. 

    
7. Select Update to apply your changes.
   A confirmation message appears at the top of your screen.

Your password is changed. You can use it next time you want to access your account.
