    How to block time periods for not accepting bookings

    When patients want to contact you and schedule a consultation time, it is very important they are fully aware of your availability. 

    You can block some time frames for not receiving any booking requests by following these steps:

    1. From the main menu of your personal home page, under Settings , select Booking.
    2. At the top of the page, select Set up blocked periods.
    3. At the right-hand side, select New blocked period. 
    4. For every period:
      1. Select the full day (year, month, day) the blocked period is starting.
      2. Select the full day (year, month, day) the blocked period is finishing.
      3. In Time slot, open the drop-down menu and select your choice.
      4. Optionally, you can add a description for that blocked period.
    5. Select Save to save your changes.
    6. Repeat the process for as many blocked periods as you may want to define.

    Having some periods blocked beforehand, you avoid unwanted booking petitions.
