When patients want to contact you and schedule a consultation time, it is very important they are fully aware of your availability.
You can block some time frames for not receiving any booking requests by following these steps:
- From the main menu
of your personal home page, under Settings
, select Booking.
- At the top of the page, select Set up blocked periods.
- At the right-hand side, select New blocked period.
- For every period:
- Select the full day (year, month, day) the blocked period is starting.
- Select the full day (year, month, day) the blocked period is finishing.
- In Time slot, open the drop-down menu and select your choice.
- Optionally, you can add a description for that blocked period.
- Select Save to save your changes.
- Repeat the process for as many blocked periods as you may want to define.
Having some periods blocked beforehand, you avoid unwanted booking petitions.
