With Crisalix, you can enhance patient education and communication until the treatment day and even after remotely. For that, you can have your Patient app, specially designed to be used by patients. You can customize the appearance of this app to make it fully in line with your professional image and brand.
You can change these settings at any time and as many times as you want. Make sure that you are compliant with your country's or market-specific regulations.
- On your personal Crisalix home page, select the
Patient App section under the main menu 
.
A new dedicated page opens.
Select Configure with wizard if it is the first time you do this process. With the wizard, you can preview your changes and it will guide you through the whole process. - If you prefer, you can select specific tabs and make changes according to your needs:
3D SIMULATION PREFERENCES
As soon as you give your patient access to their 3Ds and they accept the invitation, they will be able of seeing their Before 3D. If you enable this option, you can also make all newly saved simulations to be automatically visible in the patient's account. Still, specific access to specific simulations can be given or removed directly when you save a new simulation or from the Patient Access tab in the patient's profile.
SIGNUP LINK
From this link, patients can access your personalised patient application to book an in-person or video consultation either uploading their photos or not. You can change the last part of this link to make it more in line with your professional profile.
BRANDING
Fully customize your Patient Appt to make it in line with your clinic or professional practice:
COLOR
Define the color to be applied to the header and the secondary buttons of the patient application. You can also leave the default color used by Crisalix. For that, select Use default.LOGO
From this tab, you can add your name and/or your logo. You can also define a specific logo to be used in virtual reality environments.
HOMEPAGE IMAGE
You can replace the default Crisalix image with one of your own, more in line with your branding. If you do not upload any image, the default one will be in use.

SETTINGS
Together with your time zone, you can enable and disable if you want patients to book a consultation with you. You can also define some important settings like the customization of the contact button, if you want to receive feedback from your patients through in-app post-consultation and post-procedure surveys, and if patients can share their before and after 3D images in the Crisalix community.
PROCEDURES
Together with the type of procedures you offer (for face, breast or body), you can define some specific specialties. Select those from the list provided or add your own with the Add procedure button at the bottom of the page. Optionally, you can set up your price for each of these procedures selected. These procedures will be visible and available to be selected by the patients who want to book a consultation with you are using your Patient app, so that you can offer them a more personalized experience.
SURVEYS
Once you have enabled the post-consultation and post-procedure surveys in the Settings tab, you can add up to two custom questions and preview the survey. Read How to add custom questions to the surveys to learn how.
ONLINE REVIEWS MANAGER
Healthcare and aesthetic procedures rely on word-of-mouth recommendations and positive reviews. Use this field to easily enter the link for patients to write a review on Google and/or Facebook. Moreover, every time a patient rates you with four or five stars, they will be automatically suggested to write a positive review either on Google and/or Facebook. Use this section to enter the links to your Google review and Facebook page.

This tab is just a gallery of examples of how the patient application can be customised and where you can add your personal signup link to attract more patients.
Remember to Save your changes at the bottom of every tab!
- Select Update to apply your changes.
A confirmation message appears at the top of your screen.
As a result, any patient who accesses the Patient App from your customized link will find it personalized with your image and design, not based on Crisalix image.
