Support Home New Breast simulator Getting familiar with the latest Breast Simulator Breast procedures menu

    Breast procedures menu

The breast procedures menu conveniently holds the most demanded procedures -with or without implants, and a dedicated set of tools specific to the simulation of each procedure.

The procedures menu is located on the right-hand side of the simulator. It can be shown or hidden  with the double arrow at the top of it.

All the procedures allow you to work with both breasts symmetrically or deal with the left and right breasts individually.

    Primary Augmentation

With Crisalix you can simulate a breast primary augmentation with or without implants.

If you want to simulate a primary augmentation with some specific implants, open the Catalog and search for the one you need based on brand, reference, model, volume, etc.
If not, you can manually add volume until you reach the desired simulation or start by defining a diameter, a shape or even an insertion technique.

As soon as you add some volume, the implants joystick is made available. With it, you can accurately place the implant on your patient's 3D model based on their specific anatomy.

When the system detects sagging, the Ptosis toggle is automatically enabled to reflect a more realistic breast appearance in the simulation. You can manually turn it off if needed to simulate corrected or idealized results. This feature helps you better visualize whether an implant-only approach is appropriate or if a lift may be required.

To obtain even more customized results, based on the specific demands of your practice or your personal preferences, you can use the Custom simulation option.

    Mastopexy

With Crisalix, you can simulate a mastopexy with or without implants.

Select “Mastopexy” to simulate a mastopexy without implants.

Its menu allows you to simulate the surgery technique, reduce the volume, define an areola size, simulate the scars and their intensity, and personalize the breast lift.

Select “Implants” to simulate a mastopexy with implants. If you want to simulate a primary augmentation with some specific implants, open the Catalog and search for the one you need based on brand, reference, model, volume, etc.
If not, you can manually add volume until you reach the desired simulation or start by defining a diameter, a shape or even an insertion technique.

To facilitate the simulation, you can make the measurements available with the Show measurements toggle, so that you can quickly see the differences between the before and the after.

To obtain even more customized results, based on the specific demands of your practice or your personal preferences, you can use the Custom simulation option.

    Reduction

With Crisalix, you can simulate a breast reduction with just a few steps.

Its menu allows you to define a surgery technique, the amount of volume to be reduced, the areola size, simulate the scars and their intensity and personalize the breast lift.

As soon as you add some volume, the implants joystick is made available on the simulation window. With it, you can accurately place the implant on your patient's 3D model based on their specific anatomy.

    Revision

With Crisalix, you can simulate an implant revision adding implants or not.

Use the sliders or buttons to adjust the volume and the diameter -or height-, select the shape of the implant or even the insertion technique.

    Lipofilling

With Crisalix, you can simulate a breast volume augmentation with fat fillers with just a few steps.

When Lipofilling is opened, the Upper outer right and Upper outer left quadrants are pre-selected to facilitate a streamlined simulation process from the start.
The tool incorporates a minimum fat addition of 1cc and also a maximum fat addition limit, to maintain anatomically possible results.
The lipofilling menu can be found on the right-hand side procedures menu. It is available for both Torso and Upper Body 3Ds.
