You can access and download your payment receipts at any time.
In order to access or download your receipts, you must be logged into your Crisalix account.
- At the top left of your personal Crisalix home page, select the main menu
button to show the left-hand side menu. - Under Settings
, select Plans and Billing.The Plans and Billing option is only available from your own page in the browser.
- In the middle of the page, in your subscription field, select Your payments.
A new page with a list detailing your payments (date, status, amount, etc.) opens. - Under Download, select the specific file you want to download.
The relevant invoice is downloaded as a PDF file.
