Pre-assessing the patient before simulating the procedure

With Crisalix you can evaluate the different volumes and measurements for specific regions or parts, proportions, or symmetries, among other parameters. This relevant data is also very helpful when it comes to comparing the before and the after.

If your simulation pages do not have the Analysis button, read the article about showing or hiding some functionalities on the simulator or contact your Customer Success Manager.

    1. On the main simulator screen, select Analysis on the toolbar.
The Volumes & Measurements window opens.
    2. Enable or disable the different parameters to visualize them on your patient's 3D model.
    3. If relevant, create your own custom region.
For that, select next to Custom, under Regions. Draw the region you want to have a measurement for and keep it.
Repeat the same process for all the custom regions you want to define.

You cannot draw single lines but a full closed region.

    4. Analyze the 3D model and make your own evaluation based on the data provided.
