As a summary, what is understood as a full Crisalix consultation implies the following steps:
- If applicable, create a new patient.
See How to add a new patient. - Take three or four photos of the patient according to the region to be simulated.
See Taking and uploading photos to create a 3D model. - Take the specific measurement (interpupillary distance, nipple to nipple, or hip circumference) requested to ensure the geometry calculations.
- Upload the relevant photos following the order described.
- Select Create 3D.
- Select the procedures the patient is interested in.
- Invite the patient to access the Patient App.
- Check the resulting 3D and accept if you are happy.
- Make a previous analysis and assessment of the patient's anatomic metrics.

- If needed, use the Curves/Line tool to fine-tune the simulated procedure.

- When the simulation is finished, compare the Before and After 3D models to analyse the result.

tool and enable the relevant measurement to show the differences between the before and the after 3D images.
- Share the simulated procedure with the patient.

About the “before” and “after” 3D images
In Crisalix, 3D models are generated for face, breast, and body in order to simulate -on those 3D models- any cosmetic or aesthetic procedure and treatment. For every patient, you can create, online, 3D models for face, breast and body from common 2D photos. These 3D models will become the "before" image of your patient and will always remain intact. A duplicate of this 3D model becomes the "after" image. On it, you can simulate as many procedures as you want. For that, Crisalix provides important tools for an initial assessment and comprehensive functionality for a fully detailed simulation. Once finished, you can analyse and compare this "after" image with the "before". Every patient can have more than one "after". This will make it easier for them to make a decision on the treatment or surgery to undergo.
