Pre-assessing the patient before simulating the procedure

With Crisalix you can evaluate the different volumes and measurements for specific regions or parts, proportions, or symmetries, among other parameters. This relevant data is also very helpful when it comes to comparing the before and the after.

    1. On the main simulator screen, select Analysis on the top bar to open the Analysis menu.
    2. Depending on the type of 3D you want to analyze, you may see different categories (Proportions, Volumes, Measurements,…). Open each relevant section to review the anatomical details available.
    3. If relevant, you can draw your own custom areas or custom measurements
    4. Analyze the 3D model and make your own evaluation based on the data provided.

By using the Analysis tool before simulating any procedure, you bring objective data into the discussion, helping confirm your clinical findings, highlight asymmetries or imbalances, and quantify details the patient may not see on their own. This visual assessment enhances patient education, supports your recommended treatment plan, and builds confidence and understanding from the very start of the consultation.
