    How to define your availability schedule for bookings

    When patients want to contact you and schedule a consultation time, it is very important they are fully aware of your availability. 

    You can set up your weekly availability schedule with these steps:

    1. From the main menu of your personal home page, under Settings , select Booking.
    2. At the top of the page, select Set up your regular office hours.
    3. For each day:
      1. Tick to enable or disable a specific day.
      2. Define your morning and afternoon available hours by selecting the start and finish hours from the drop-down lists.
      3. If relevant, add additional hours for specific days.
    4. Select Update calendar to save your changes.

    Your availability calendar is fully customised for your own practice. If you want to block some days or times, read this article.
