You can invite a patient to your Patient App while creating their 3D model, allowing them to continue their experience outside the clinic. Patient App access is associated with the patient's email address.

To send an invitation:

1. Add a new patient, upload their photos and select Create 3D.
2. Select the procedures the patient is interested in.
3. Select Continue.
4. On the Invite your patient to your Patient App page, verify the patient's name or ID.
5. Enter the patient's email address or select Use phone number. 
6. Select the patient's preferred language.
7. Select Send invitation.

The patient receives an invitation by email or sms immediately. They can open it and create their account by entering their full name and a password. If they cannot find the email invitation, ask them to check their spam folder.

Approximately one hour after you accept the patient's 3D model, they receive another invitation (by email or sms) to start using the Patient App.

Didn't send the invitation during 3D creation?

You can invite the patient later from their patient profile. You can also manage which 3D images and simulations they can access.
