    How can I resend the invitation to the Patient App?

    You can manage and resend Patient App invitations from: 

    • The Patients list (via the Patient App access column)
    • The patient profile, under the Patient Access tab
    • The Simulator, through the Share modal, on the top bar

    The options available in the modal depend on the patient’s invitation status:

    1. Access already granted (patient lost the invitation, for example)

    If the patient already has access, the system won’t show a resend option. To trigger a new notification:

    1. Open the Share modal or Patient Access section
    2. Toggle Patient App access OFF
    3. Toggle it ON again

    This will resend the access notification to the patient.

    2. Invitation sent but not accepted

    If the invitation was sent but not yet accepted:

    1. Open the Share modal or Patient Access section
    2. Click Resend invitation

    A new invitation will be sent to the patient.

    3. Invitation not yet sent

    If the patient has not been invited yet:

    1. Open the Share modal or Patient Access section
    2. Enter the patient’s email address
    3. Send the invitation
