You can manage and resend Patient App invitations from:
- The Patients list (via the Patient App access column)
- The patient profile, under the Patient Access tab
- The Simulator, through the Share modal, on the top bar
The options available in the modal depend on the patient’s invitation status:
1. Access already granted (patient lost the invitation, for example)
If the patient already has access, the system won’t show a resend option. To trigger a new notification:
- Open the Share modal or Patient Access section
- Toggle Patient App access OFF
- Toggle it ON again
This will resend the access notification to the patient.
2. Invitation sent but not accepted
If the invitation was sent but not yet accepted:
- Open the Share modal or Patient Access section
- Click Resend invitation
A new invitation will be sent to the patient.
3. Invitation not yet sent
If the patient has not been invited yet:
- Open the Share modal or Patient Access section
- Enter the patient’s email address
- Send the invitation
