The Patient Video Testimonials feature allows you to collect short video feedback from satisfied patients after their consultation. These videos are automatically saved in your CRM and can be viewed or downloaded at any time.
This feature is activated from your account, Patient App > Customize > Settings.
If you do not see this option, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
(Optional) Adding a Reward to encourage participation:
You can increase the likelihood of patients recording a video by offering a small incentive.
Access Patient App > Customize > Settings and make sure the Post-consultation survey is enabled.
Add your reward in the dedicated input field. If no reward is added, patients will see no message.
How to access and download patient video testimonials:
Video testimonials are available in a column in Patients > Patient list, where you can select the relevant video and open it in a modal, or inside each patient profile, under the Feedback tab.
