Your patients must wear a VR headset in order to be fully immersed in a Crisalix environment and see the results of the surgery or aesthetical procedure before they actually undergo it.

There are many VR headsets available in the market. However, only some are fully compatible with Crisalix VR technology.

• Meta Quest (old Oculus) / Meta Quest 2 (old Oculus Quest 2) / Meta Quest Pro / Meta Quest 3:
  The Crisalix VR app can be accessed and downloaded from your Meta account in the Meta Quest app. For that, you must redeem a code provided by Crisalix and install the Crisalix VR app. Because of its improvements and state-of-the-art functionalities, Crisalix recommends the use of these devices with its technology.
• Oculus Go:
  The Crisalix VR app can be accessed and downloaded from your Meta Quest account in the Meta Quest app. For that, you must redeem a code provided by Crisalix and install the Crisalix VR app.
  This device is currently discontinued in the market but is fully compatible with Crisalix VR technology.
• Samsung Gear VR headset:
  The Crisalix VR app can only be accessed and downloaded from your Meta account in the Oculus app. For that, you must redeem a code provided by Crisalix.
  This device is currently discontinued in the market but is fully compatible with Crisalix VR technology.

• Common cardboard VR headset:
  These are like adapters for your own smartphone to be worn on the head. Before buying one, make sure they are fully compatible in terms of size. To use it, download the Crisalix VR app on your smartphone.
