Crisalix Reviews widgets include built-in analytics that help you measure your widgets' visibility directly from your Crisalix account, with no additional setup required.
These statistics allow you to quickly understand how often your Reviews widgets are being displayed on your website and compare the performance of the different widget formats you use.
View your widget analytics
To access your widget statistics:
- From the Ratings & Reviews menu on the left, select Widgets.
- Each implemented widget displays its own performance statistics.
Currently, Crisalix provides the “Impressions” metric, meaning “The number of times a webpage containing the widget has been loaded.”
Because each widget tracks its own impressions, you can compare the visibility of different widget types. For example, whether your Review Carousel is displayed more frequently than your Review Grid.
You can use impression data to optimize your website:
- Compare the visibility of different Reviews widgets.
- Evaluate where widgets receive the most exposure on your website.
- Monitor the impact of changes to your website layout or content over time.
The Reviews widgets are designed with built-in performance reporting, so no additional configuration is required to view impression statistics within Crisalix.
