How to add the Crisalix Ratings & Reviews signature widget to your emails

With Crisalix Ratings & Reviews signature widgets, you can add your average star rating directly to your email signature. The widget is dynamic, meaning your ratings and reviews are updated automatically once a week, every Sunday.

If you do not have the Crisalix Reviews functionality available, contact your Customer Success Manager.

Depending on your email provider, you can either copy the signature image directly or use the HTML version for advanced email clients that require HTML code to build signatures.

    1. From the main menu of your personal home page, select Crisalix Ratings & Reviews.
    2. In the Widgets section, select Email Signature.
      A preview window will open.
    3. Choose one of the available options:
      • Copy Signature – Copies the signature image so it can be pasted directly into most email clients such as Gmail and Outlook.
      • Copy HTML Version – Copies the raw HTML code of the signature. This option is recommended for email platforms that require HTML code instead of pasted images.
    4. Follow the instructions below according to your email client and preferred integration method.

    Advanced Email Clients (HTML Signature)

Some email providers and custom email systems do not allow images to be pasted directly into the signature editor. In these cases, use the Copy HTML Version option.

    1. Select Copy HTML Version from the Email Signature widget.
    2. Open your email client's signature settings.
    3. Locate the HTML editor or source code editor provided by your email platform.
    4. Paste the copied HTML code.
    5. Save your signature according to your email provider's instructions.

This option is intended for email systems that support HTML-based signatures.

Once configured, your email signature will display your current Crisalix Ratings & Reviews score and update automatically as new reviews are collected.
