With Crisalix Ratings & Reviews signature widgets, you add an image with your average star score directly into your email signature. Observe that this is a dynamic image. Your ratings and reviews get updated once a week, every Sunday.
If you do not have the Crisalix reviews functionality available, contact your Customer Success Manager.
- From the main menu
of your personal home page, select 
Crisalix Ratings & Reviews.
- On the Widgets section, select the Email signature one.
A new window opens to show a preview. - At the bottom left corner, select Copy to copy the relevant image.
The image is ready to be pasted into your specific email client.
Select from the options below your email client and follow the instructions provided.
Gmail
- From Gmail, select the gear icon (Settings) on the top right.
- Select See all settings.
- In the General tab, scroll down to the Signature section.
- Select the pencil icon to edit your current signature or + Create new if you want to create a new signature.
- If applicable, add a name to this new signature, and select Create.
- On the space provided for it, at the right, paste the image you just copied from your Crisalix reviews section.
- If you are creating a new signature, add your name or contact data, together with all the information you want to appear in your email signature.
- Change the Signature default settings according to your needs.
- Select Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
Outlook 365
- In Outlook 365, select File at the top left corner.
- From the left-hand side menu, select Options to open the Options window.
- Select Mail.
- Find the Signatures selection and select to open.
- Under Select signature to edit, select your current signature or New if you want to create a new one.
- On the space provided for it, paste the image you just copied from your Crisalix reviews section.
- If you are creating a new signature, add your name or contact data, together with all the information you want to appear in your email signature.
- Select OK to save your changes and close.
As a result, your signature will display the star's image with your current average rating.
