Keeping your procedure prices up to date helps ensure that the financial information displayed in Crisalix accurately reflects your practice.
The prices configured for your procedures are used to calculate Business Dashboard performance metrics. Keeping them accurate is therefore particularly important for financial metrics such as Turnover at Risk, which estimates the potential revenue associated with patients who have not yet moved forward with a procedure.
Procedure prices can also be displayed in your PDF Reports and Doctor Finder profile, depending on your configuration.
Update your procedure prices
To review or update your prices:
- From the main menu, go to Patient App > Customize.
- Select the Procedures tab.
- Find the procedure you want to update. Procedures are organized by category, such as Breast, Face, or Body.
- Enter the corresponding amount in the price field next to the procedure.
- Repeat this process for any other procedures whose prices you want to add or update.
- Save your changes.
Where are procedure prices used?
The procedures you select in this section are used across different areas of Crisalix, including the Patient App, your account reports, and your Doctor Finder profile.
Configured procedure prices are used to calculate Business Dashboard performance metrics and may be displayed in:
- PDF Reports
- Doctor Finder profile
Prices in a PDF Report can also be edited directly when creating the report.
If you do not want prices to appear on your Doctor Finder profile, you can hide them under Business & Marketing > Doctor Finder profile.
Keeping your procedure list and prices up to date gives patients more consistent information while helping ensure that the business insights you see in Crisalix reflect your current offering.
