    Body Analysis menu

    Crisalix provides tools for visualizing anthropometric measurements, proportions, and volume values to facilitate a comprehensive Before & After analysis. The Analysis menu, located on the right side of the top bar, offers different functionalities to enhance precision in body assessment and volume measurement. The available options are divided into two sections: 

    • Measurements
    • Measurement differences

    Measurements: allows you to display measurements directly on the 3D model. You can choose which model should display the measurements:

    • Both – Displays measurements on both the Before and After models.
    • Before – Shows measurements only on the original model.
    • After – Shows measurements only on the simulated result.

    Available measurements: 

    • Custom: Create your own manual measurements directly on the 3D model. This option is useful when you want to evaluate a specific anatomical area that is not covered by predefined measurements. 
    • Circumference: Displays circumference measurements around supported body areas. These measurements help quantify changes in body contour after a simulation. 
       

    Measurement differences: provides visual tools that help analyze anatomical variations on the 3D model. These tools can be used to compare the original anatomy with a simulation, but they are also valuable for identifying natural asymmetries, evaluating body contours, and helping patients understand the reasons behind a proposed treatment plan. Each tool can be enabled or disabled independently or together.

    • Distance Heatmap: Displays a color map showing the distance between the original model and the simulated result. The heatmap makes it easy to identify where the largest surface changes have occurred.
    • Specific Distance: Measures the distance between the original and simulated surfaces at a specific location. This tool is useful when you want to quantify the amount of change at a precise point on the body.
    • Volume Regions: Highlights areas where volume has increased or decreased after the simulation. This visualization helps you better understand how the simulated procedure affects body volume across different regions.
