Crisalix has a built-in feature to report potential fake or non-compliant reviews. When you flag a review as suspicious, the Crisalix dedicated team for monitoring online reviews will analyze your request and take appropriate action.
The “flag” 
feature is available when the patient has left a review and made it public.
- From the main menu
of your personal home page, select Patients 
. - Select Patient list, to open the page with all your patients.
- Select the flag at the right of each patient who has left a review and made it public.
- Enter some details and explain why you consider that specific review must be investigated and submit your request.
- A dedicated team will analyze your request and take appropriate action.
