Post-consultation and post-procedure survey responses submitted by patients are available directly in Crisalix; you can access them:

• From your Dashboard:
  1. Go to the Patients’ Surveys card 
  2. Select View Surveys
   
• From the Feedback section:
  1. Go to Patient list > Feedback
  2. Select the Surveys tab at the top
  3. Select Post-consultation or Post-procedure
  4. Select View responses in the right column to open and review the patient’s answers. 
   
• From the Patient's list:
  1. Go to Patients > Patient list
  2. Find the relevant patient and read the answers directly from the Ratings & Reviews column
   
• From the Patient's profile:
  1. Go to Patients > Patient list
  2. Select the patient name
  3. Open the Feedback tab at the right
  4. Select Read survey at the bottom to open and review the patient’s answers.
