You can change or update your credit card details at any time.
In order to add, change, or update your credit card, you must be logged into your Crisalix account.
- At the top left of your personal Crisalix home page, select the main menu
button to show the left-hand side menu. - Under Settings
, select Plans and Billing.The Plans and Billing option is only available from your own personal page in an internet browser, not the app.
- Scroll down the page until you reach the Credit card field.
- Select Update.
- Enter the credit card details.
- Select Save.
As a result, the new data related to your credit card is updated and will be used for the next payments.
