The Crisalix rating is the average calculation of all the ratings given by your patients through your PatientApp. The Crisalix rating is presented on a scale from 1 to 5.

The average rating displayed is determined through a regular average. This means that all the ratings you have received are added up and then divided by the total number of ratings.

It's important to note that the average rating is based on the ratings received since January 2023, ensuring that the rating accurately represents recent patient experiences and feedback. Ratings are recalculated automatically, in real-time, every time a patient gives you a new rating.
